Before purchasing Uploady Premium for a specific download queue, review the platform's refund criteria. Uploady operates a restrictive refund policy once paid bandwidth has been utilized.
Short Answer: Can You Get a Refund?
Refunds are strictly discretionary and handled case-by-case. Once you download files or upload data using Premium access, eligibility for a refund is practically void.
When a Refund May Be Granted
Uploady’s published policy considers refund requests under very narrow criteria:
- The account has logged zero download bandwidth and zero uploads.
- The request is formally submitted within 24 hours of the initial transaction.
- A verifiable technical failure occurred on Uploady's side preventing access entirely.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Consumed traffic: Downloading even a portion of an archive forfeits refund eligibility.
- Broken/Deleted files: If a third-party uploader deletes an archive, Uploady will not issue a refund. Verify that all links are active before purchasing.
- Speed dissatisfaction: Variable ISP routing or network congestion is not accepted as grounds for a refund.
- Unused plan duration: Partial refunds are not issued for unused remaining days on long-term plans.
Pre-Purchase Precautions
- Verify your files: Open your download URLs in a browser to confirm the files exist before buying Premium.
- Check plan bandwidth: Ensure the plan’s daily quota accommodates your queue (see daily download limit guide →).
- Choose a shorter duration: If you have not tested Uploady speeds on your ISP connection, purchase a 30-day plan first to test performance (see all pricing plans →).
How to Request a Refund
If your situation meets the non-usage criteria, submit a support ticket via Uploady’s official contact portal within 24 hours of payment. Include your transaction ID and account email. This independent site does not manage transactions or customer accounts.
